Patient Access (Registration):
For most patients, the admissions process begins at the Patient Registration Department. Princeton Community Hospital Association requires demographic and financial information, as well as general consent and insurance authorizations for all patients.
Upon your arrival to the Patient Access department, please remember to bring the following items:
*Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when registering for services.

Pre-Registration:
A convenient way for “scheduled’ patients to register for outpatient services is through the pre-registration process, which enables patients to register over the phone, rather than coming to the hospital prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please remember to bring your insurance card and physician’s order along with picture ID on the day of your appointment and stop by the registration department to complete the paperwork.
