Medical Sonographer	Ultrasound	36 Hr	As Scheduled	Minimum Associate Degree from an accredited ultrasound or radiography program required. ARDMS board certification in at least one of the following areas is required: Abdomen, OB/GYN, or vascular is preferred. Current CPR certification required.
Nutrition Assistant/ Cook	PCH	PRN	As Scheduled	High school graduate or equivalent with previous food service experience preferred
Primary Therapist	BHP	40 Hr	Day Shift/As Scheduled	Masters’ Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Current West Virginia Social Work License is required for social workers. Years of experience may meet the desire for licensure. One to two years of Social Work or Psychology experience in a mental health setting preferred.
Weekend Primary Therapist	BHP	16Hr	Two Weekends per month	Masters’ Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Current West Virginia Social Work License is required for social workers. Years of experience may meet the desire for licensure. One to two years of Social Work or Psychology experience in a mental health setting preferred.
Distribution Clerk	Materials Management	40 Hr	As Scheduled	High school graduate or equivalent required. Position requires a heavy physical effort. Must have a valid driver’s license. Previous experience with Materials Management computer operation and hospital supplies preferred
Physical Therapist Assistant	Physical Therapy	PRN	As Scheduled	Associate degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program with current WV state licensure required. Must have current CPR card.
Nurse Analyst	Information Services	40 Hr	As Scheduled	AS in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Technology with 5 Years clinical experience. 3-5 Years of Hospital Information Management clinical software installation and implementation experience required. Experience or training in computer science and/or business is essential. Preference given to Meditech experience (particularly dictionary building), education training, teaching experience, or Bachelor’s Degree. Knowledge of Meditech Client Server applications. Knowledge of MS Office or MS Word.
Histology Technician	Lab	PRN	As Scheduled	High school graduate or equivalent required. A nine month on-the-job training period is necessary with ASCP HT certification when eligible. WV state licensure required.
Staff Pharmacist	Pharmacy	40 Hr	1pm-9pm	Must be registered pharmacist with current license in the state of West Virginia.
Monitor Tech	3-South	PRN	As Scheduled	Successful completion of the monitor technician cardiac monitoring course OR current enrollment in monitor technician cardiac monitoring course, with successful completion of course six months from date of hire.
RN	DaySurgery	PRN	M-F 9am-5:30pm or 11am-7:30pm	Must be graduate from a school of professional nursing with current professional registration in the state of WV. Must have current CPR card. Previous experience preferred

LPN	3-West	36 Hr	Flex	Must be graduate from an accredited vocational school for practical nurses with current registration in the State of WV. Must have current CPR card
LPN	2-West	PRN	7p-7a	Must be graduate from an accredited vocational school for practical nurses with current registration in the State of WV. Must have current CPR card.
Unit Secretary	3-South	PRN	As Scheduled	Must have successfully completed a unit secretary course or have taken Medical Terminology course combined with unit secretary experience.

1.	You may only apply for a position that is open. A separate application must be filled out for each position for which you are applying. All job vacancies are listed on the Job Line, at 487-7508. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
2.	Applications for all positions are given out Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Applications are available outside the Human Resources Office in a rack beside the Job Line. If you are applying online for any position, you may submit your application anytime during the posting period.
3.	For any position requiring typing or shorthand, we will contact you to schedule a typing or shorthand test with our Human Resources Office. Your test score will remain on file for six (6) months. Testing will only be scheduled for positions available.
4.	After you complete a PCH application form for the vacant position, we will then contact former employers for job references.
5.	Once the references are returned, your application will be screened based on qualifications, and if an interview is necessary, someone from the PCH Human Resources Department will contact you.
6.	All applications for job vacancies are maintained in the PCH Human Resources Department for 90 days. The applications are filed according to the position for which you applied. After 90 days, you must re-apply for each separate job vacancy posted that you wish to be considered for.
